Technical performance

1. The XNJ-800X180C/Y external and internal accumulation oil suction filter is easy to install and connect: this filter can be installed on the top or side of the fuel tank cover, with the filter head exposed outside the tank. The oil suction pipe is inserted into the oil surface from the top or side of the tank, and the oil outlet is connected to the pump suction port. The 25-160L/min specification is equipped with a combination movable flange, and the connection height can be adjusted up and down to achieve full closure of the fuel tank and further prevent pollutants from entering the tank.

2. Convenient cleaning or replacement of filter element: When the filter element needs to be cleaned or replaced, the filter cover can be easily opened, the filter element can be removed and cleaned or replaced together with the cleaning cup. After cleaning or replacement, it can be put back in and the cover can be installed before use.

3. Equipped with a bypass valve: When the filter element is blocked by pollutants and the vacuum degree at the oil outlet is 0.018MPa, the transmitter will send a signal to replace and clean the filter element in a timely manner. If the machine cannot be stopped immediately or no one comes to replace the filter element at this time, the oil circuit bypass valve located on the upper part of the filter element will automatically open (opening pressure: vacuum 0.02MPa) to avoid oil pump suction and other faults.

4. The XNJ-800X180C/Y external and internal accumulation oil suction filter has a filter clogging transmitter: this transmitter is installed on the head cover of the filter. When the filter gradually clogs, the outlet vacuum degree and pollution situation of the filter can be observed on the visual mirror surface of the transmitter. At the same time, it can also receive an electrical signal (signal value: vacuum 0.018MPa).

Filtering accuracy

Filtering accuracy refers to the filtering ability of a filter to remove pollutants from particles of different sizes. It is commonly evaluated using indicators such as filtration accuracy, filtration ratio, and filtration efficiency. Filtering accuracy is divided into four levels: coarse (d ≥ 0.1mm), ordinary (d ≥ 0.01mm), fine (d ≥ 0.005mm), and ultra fine (d ≥ 0.001mm).

Pressure drop characteristics

The filter in the hydraulic system is a fluid resistance for the oil, so there must be a pressure drop when the oil passes through it. Generally speaking, with a fixed size of the filter element and oil flow rate, the higher the filtration accuracy of the filter element, the greater its pressure drop. With a fixed flow rate, the larger the effective filtration area of the filter element, or the lower the viscosity of the oil, the smaller the pressure drop. The larger pressure drop allowed by the filter element should be based on the principle of preventing structural damage to the filter element. Generally, the initial pressure drop of aviation and naval filters should not exceed 0.25 MPa; The pressure drop of mechanical filters shall not exceed 0.08 MPa to 0.15 MPa.

Scale absorption capacity

The problem of the filter intercepting pollutants before the pressure drop exceeds its specified limit is called the pollutant holding capacity, expressed in weight (g). The larger the scale capacity of the filter, the longer its lifespan, so it is an important indicator reflecting the lifespan of the filter. The larger the effective filtering area of the filter, the greater the scale capacity.
